WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead projects — from concept through construction — and co-lead alongside the Studio Coordinator.
- Translate design intent into buildable solutions, with detailing and coordination at the highest level.
- Set the bar in internal reviews: drawings, details, documentation, QA/QC.
- Align disciplines — structure, MEP, landscape — into one clear package.
- Own the permitting process in Albania and interface directly with authorities.
- Drive the construction phase: meetings, RFIs, submittals, decisions, mock-ups, change control.
- Hold clients steady: present with confidence, align expectations, keep momentum.
- Keep projects calm, on track, and moving forward.
- Mentor juniors — delegate well, give feedback that raises standards.
- Support resourcing and planning across the studio.
- Protect compliance, buildability, and cost awareness at every step.
- Travel when needed — across Albania, with occasional trips to Switzerland.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years post-master, delivering projects from concept to completion.
- Authority in Albanian building codes, permitting, and approvals.
- Leadership in construction — site, issue tracking, decision-making.
- A proactive mindset: ownership, initiative, reliability.
- Calm under pressure, decisive in complexity.
- Clarity in communication — across teams, consultants, clients.
- Credibility with stakeholders.
- Technical depth, buildability, detail.
- Experience on medium- to large-scale work (hospitality, cultural, or residential a plus).
- Native Albanian and fluent English.
- Mobility: willing to travel, licensed to drive, independent on site.
