We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the creative and technical development of projects, from initial concept to construction, depending on the project.
This position requires 2-5 years of experience and exercises independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solving problems encountered, and receiving guidance on complex projects.

This position requires 2-5 years of experience and exercises independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and use of standard techniques, solving problems encountered, and receiving guidance on complex projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of design concepts and preliminary teasers.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans.
- Support the production of construction documents.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and verify conditions.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Research building materials, products, and construction techniques.
- Ensure design compliance with local building codes and regulations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Attention to detail and ability to work under supervision
- Strong conceptual design skills
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD, V-Ray, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Suite
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Initiative in response to direction from project leaders
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Professional degree in Architecture
- 2-5 years of professional experience (excluding internships)
- To ensure Swiss hiring regulations: EU/ EFTA nationality is mandatory (a residence permit is not enough)
