What to expect:
- Office Organization & Order: With your keen sense of order, you’ll keep our office in tip-top shape—from maintaining shared spaces, supply rooms, and office equipment, to coordinating with service providers and managing contact lists.
- Reception & Meetings: You’ll be the one making sure meetings run seamlessly – from managing busy calendars to scheduling across different time zones. At the same time, with your warm reception skills, you’ll ensure that clients and guests feel at ease when visiting our office.
- Administrative Assistance: You will lend a hand wherever needed, providing administrative support across various departments—whether it's answering phones, handling mail, courier shipments, archiving or assisting with other administrative tasks.
- Travel Organization & Events: You will be the mastermind behind the travel coordination of our management and consultants. You ensure that our executives are well taken care of during their travels—down to the last detail! Additionally, you will assist with logistics, catering, attendance, and IT/Zoom setup for internal meetings and events.
- Completed KV apprenticeship (or similar commercial training) with interest in architecture/design
OR Degree in architecture/design with strong administrative/ organizational skills - 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or first roles welcome)
- Fluent English and German is no problem for you - our office language is English
- You are flexible and comfortable in an international, dynamic environment
- With your positive, vibrant demeanor, you create an inviting atmosphere, and as a true "go-getter," you approach tasks proactively and with enthusiasm
- You are a genuine communication and organization talent, with strong writing skills and a love for independent work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
